• Face wash - apply a small amount to wet face and neck, massage in circular upward movements and rinse off. Use twice a day
• Scrub - apply a small amount to wet face and neck, massage in circular upward movements for two minutes and rinse off. Use twice a week
• Mask - apply a small amount to wet face and neck, massage in circular upward movements for two minutes and leave on for five minutes. Rinse off. Use once a week

Note: for a bearded face, work product down to the skin between the hair, work in circular downward movements. Rinse thoroughly.
